

Backstory
For years, Teravalis was a vision of the future with no homes for sale. Unpredictable construction timelines made it difficult to communicate a clear opening date. Then, within a matter of months, we needed to pivot from “coming soon” to a definitive announcement: the community is now open and homes are ready to tour.
The challenge was shifting perception and making it clear that the moment had arrived.
Approach
We launched a multi-channel campaign that paired renderings of homes and amenities with authentic, motion-driven lifestyle content. Clear, action-oriented language invited audiences to visit while transparently communicating home pricing. By combining long-term vision with lived experience, the campaign removed uncertainty and drove meaningful traffic to the community.
