Grand Opening

Recap

The Teravalis Grand Opening was a two-day event designed to introduce the community at scale. Day one welcomed dignitaries, civic leaders, and the Governor of Arizona for a formal unveiling. Day two opened to the public, inviting prospective residents to tour the property and experience the vision firsthand.

The goal was to drive maximum attendance and get as many people on-site as possible to explore the community.

Approach

Our team led the event’s logistics, promotion, and on-site execution from end to end. We developed and launched a multi-channel promotional campaign leading up to the grand–a campaign so visible that both the Governor and the Mayor referenced it during remarks.

In addition, we directed and designed the full environmental graphic system for the event, including more than 30 informational signage executions, digital displays, motion graphics across both days, and every branded touchpoint featuring the Teravalis identity.

The result was a high-impact launch attended by over 2,000 guests, nearly 500 app downloads, and dozens of community and amenity activations, successfully translating long-term vision into tangible momentum.

Grand Opening Advertising Campaign

In the month leading up to the Grand Opening, we launched a paid media campaign with bold calls-to-action that highlighted the event’s offerings and drove attendance.

To amplify awareness, we executed a two-day media “blackout,” saturating the market with event creative across hundreds of digital billboards running in five-minute intervals throughout the day, ensuring Teravalis was impossible to miss.

The Welcome Tent acted as the primary arrival point, with informational panels that grounded visitors in the Teravalis story and vision.
