Backstory
As an emerging community, there were limited assets to use in gaining brand recognition. Given the brand guidelines, the challenge was to build a unique and distinctive campaign to garner interest in the new planned community.
Approach
As they say, “go big or go home.” However, without homes, going big was the only option. With brand colors and stunning landscapes, media assets took on a whole new feeling. This image treatment also allowed for the use of stock in a way that felt authentic and original. The end result was, "A Bold New Future": a striking and confident campaign that far surpassed any expectations for what a homebuilder should look like.
Campaign Mission Statement
This concept speaks to audiences’ bold, pioneering spirit. Our ads address those looking to become first adopters by leaning into the “newness” of the community. Here, we highlight Teravalis as an unparalleled investment into the future of master-planned communities and that getting in on the ground floor will reap massive benefits. By transforming empty lots into innovative amenities, technology, and design, Teravalis means embracing something you never thought was possible. Visually, we show a slice of the audience's future through a Teravalis lens.
